Mr. Irokwe is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and also a Chartered Banker (Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, CIBN).
He holds a first degree in Accounting from the University of Abuja and is presently writing his M.Sc dissertation on Risk Portfolio Management in the Nigerian Banking Industry. Mr. Irokwe has more than 13 years working experiences spanning various disciplines including Accounting, Auditing & Investigation, Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Project management and consulting.
Prior to this time, Francis has undertaken the consultancy services task of setting up some Microfinance Banks in Abuja and still consults for them.While working for Strategic Capital Alliance Limited (a Financial Economics Consulting firm), Mr. Irokwe led several teams that consulted for many organizations including .
(i) Federal Ministry of Information, Abuja,
(ii) Premium Pensions Limited - (a PFA with Head Office in Abuja)
(iii) Golden Guinea Brewery, Umuahia,
(iv) CICO Holdings Limited, Port Harcourt, (v) Abuja Inquirer Newspapers,
(vi) BGL PLC amongst others.
He also has a commendable experiences in Project Management having worked for European Union co-sponsored Projects:
(i) Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Reform Programme, WSSSRP and
(ii) MPP9=Micro Project Programme in the Nine Niger Delta States.
Between 2010 and 2012, Mr. Irokwe undertook financial advisory services for Tricity Oil Limited, Abuja, Erhimak Group, Oghara, Delta State and Asset management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON). He was also part of the team that performed Forensic Audit and Reconciliations for Aso Savings and Loans PLC, Abuja.

His experience in Real Estate development includes the establishment of a Property Research department for one of his previous organizations, where he also designed the space plan for the construction of the serviced offices in Nairobi (Kenya), Kampala (Uganda) and Lagos (Nigeria).
Karl was part of a 3-man project team that developed a 55-unit residential estate, where he managed the International supply chain & logistics (from procurement to disbursement) of all client-supply items. He also managed the development of a luxury apartment for the Chairman of a group of companies, while contributing to improve the procurement, storage and utility-tracking processes for the organization.
With a background in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, he has utilized his competence in technology to effectively execute his Facilities Management role by reducing operating costs while increasing efficiency of facilities, primarily by gathering & tracking data for utilities, services, team performance, etc.
He has worked in Landmark Africa Group; Uraga Real Estates Limited (RE subsidiary of the Honeywell Group of Companies); and Capital Land Limited (FM subsidiary of the Honeywell Group of Companies).
Karl has attended several business and sector-specific training programs from the World Bank, London Business School, MIT, Stanford and Wharton, among other institutions
